Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting an appointment. Inversely, a situation may arise where another client fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you for a visit. To prevent this from happening, we request all clients cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This provides our receptionist with time to fill the open appointment.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you may be charged a Fifty dollar ($50) nonrefundable fee, which will go to the groomer

 

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as failure to show up for a scheduled grooming appointment.  

Our receptionist gives a courtesy call the day before your scheduled appointment to remind you of your appointment. If they do not reach anyone, they leave a voicemail. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a Fifty dollar ($50) non-fundable fee to schedule your next appointment.  

This fee will NOT go towards your next appointment, as it will pay the groomer for your appointment you did not show up for. Each no-show will be recorded in your client chart. If there is a second no-show occurrence, there will be another Fifty dollar ($50) non-refundable fee and you will be required to prepay all future appointments.

 

Scheduled Appointment

We understand that delays can happen, however we must try to keep appointments at their scheduled time. Our grace period is no later than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we may have to reschedule the appointment.
